Jodie Jones

Jodie specialises in helping leaders to tell their story and making organisations investment ready. Over the past 20 years she has worked with Foundations, Major Donors and the International Development Agencies, while living and working in the UK, USA and West Africa.

Before setting up The Social Good Network, Jodie worked for and with organisations like Restless Development, VSO, the RSPB and Tony Blair's Africa Governance Initiative. Trained as a coach with the Co-Active Institute, Jodie enjoys working on team-building initiatives and training delivery. She graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in Law and French and has since attained an MSc Green Economy at Bournemouth University and an MBA with the University of Exeter. Jodie is also Vice-Chair of Trustees at arts for well-being charity, Independent Arts.

Rosie Peckham

Rosie Peckham

Rosie is a passionate fundraiser who thrives on working with mission-driven organisations to bring bold and impactful projects to reality. Over the past decade she has raised funds for a range of organisations across education, health, research, arts, and human rights.

Rosie has a proven track record of developing and delivering successful charitable initiatives with a broad range of partners across philanthropic, private and public sectors, with a specialism in Trusts and Foundations fundraising. One of Rosie's key roles at the Social Good Network's is to serve as a project manager, working closely with colleagues and partners throughout engagements to ensure all objectives are met. Before joining The Social Good Network, Rosie was fundraising for youth projects in the UK, working with donors to secure funds for a breadth of programmes, including six and seven figure gifts for a major capital campaign. Rosie is also a qualified teacher, graduating from Brunel University with First-Class Honours in 2010.

Mohamed (Fouad) Ashour

Mohamed (Fouad) Ashour

An Egyptian national, Fouad speaks fluent Arabic and English, and has over a decade of experience working in the third sector in Africa, Latin America, the Middle East and Europe, within education, health and humanitarianism.

Prior to working with the Social Good Network, Fouad was Resource Mobilisation Lead for the Africa Centres for Disease Control (Africa CDC), supporting business development efforts with a focus on Mortality Surveillance and the Continent's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this role, Fouad led on proposals to many of the world's largest grant-making organisations and was part of the team that secured a $1.5billion grant from the Mastercard Foundation - the largest gift in the Foundation's history. Fouad holds an MA, with Distinction, in Education and International Development from University College London. He is particularly passionate about educational causes and, in addition to resource mobilisation, has extensive experience developing education and training programmes within the non-profit sector.

Based in South Africa, Michelle has fifteen years of experience in fundraising for international causes and a particular interest in corporate partnerships and major donors.

Over the past decade she has worked for and with the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa, The Children's Society, the British Museum and WaterAid, where she contributed to transforming the major donor team, doubling income in a year. Michelle is a regular speaker at the Resource Alliance and Chartered Institute of Fundraising and has a BA and MA from the University of Cape Town.
